LR Astraeus Klaive

The Astraeus Klaive is the latest addition to LR Weapons and it is featured in the We Love Roleplay event. The Klaive itself comes with 4 damage version including spear, polearm and 2 variations of klaives. The blade on the Astraeus is sharp and it features hook like cutting damage. It looks very painful no matters what damage it does.

The Astraeus comes with its own HUD for resizing and modifying the colors of the spear. While mostly overlook, actually this comes with the standard features such as ladder, grapple from the LR weapons HUD.

I heard there is a monster here, so I brought a huge shield. If there is a shild big enough for the job, it is the Astraeus Shield that comes with the Klaive. Look at how big it is when sheath on Kitty's back. 

The first impression of this weapon is that it almost look like a harpoon. And true enough it would function as one. Given the length of the handle, it would allow Kitty to battle vicious sea monsters from boats and the shield would act as a protection against the assault. The knife like blade will cut through most disgusting sea creatures such as monster squids, so it the Romans had sailed with this, it is good enough for anyone at sea.

The Astraeus Klaive sheath nicely on the back together with the shield, but of course you are free to hold on to it even while seated. The long weapon will ensure whoever tried to come close, it will give you the upper hand and we all know how a nasty cut from it is going to look. Bad.

LR Obsidian Staff

The Obsidian Staff from LR Weapons is the featured item for We Love Roleplay event for Feb 2017 and it comes with a pretty wings which is highly customizable with a huge palette of colors!

Beside than the normal resize, the staff can be made to fit almost any outfit, even the Hinaoh from Bare Rose:

You can see that the red color is specially picked to go with the outfit. Now finally we are one step closer to have fashion for weapons!

The staff is as high quality as other LR weapons and feature both sword and slave damage and it sling well out of the way on your back when sheath. I bet most people do not even suspect Kitty is armed and though this cute staff is part of the outfit!

And the friendly HUD made it easy to change color and size! Wow, that is a huge number of colors!

LR Mystical Klaive

The Mystical Klaive from LR is a klaive with nice atonements on it with a central weaving very much like the Dreamcatcher. You bet it is infused with magic!

After showcasing so much of weapon, Kitty finally get to show you one suitable for the non melee classes like mages and healers. Although the klaive did not come with its own magic, its always easy to combine it with a spell HUD such as Wishmaster or Books of Shadows. It is also design to be light weight, but still deliver a painful slave damage if required to be used in melee.

While the staff did not manage to summon a dark god, Kitty still find it useful as a walking aid and she really like the mystical design on it. It does clearly send the message : Hei, don't mess with me, I am a POWERFUL mage. :P

Actually, despite the nice and friendly look, the klaive does come with a non-slave version in the same box and it does sword or axe damages as well. So stand back, while Kitty swings her klaive. People can get hurt, really badly. There are multiple stances (4 of them including a rest one) which Kitty would prefer to keep it secret so that you will not know when she is going to attack. :)

LR Korg Klaive

The Korg Klaive is a new dual wield weapon from LR. It is a awesome blade which can be equip to both hands (although it only does shield or no damage on the left hand for fairness).

As you can see, although the blade looks heavy and cuts very well, it feels just right in a girl's hand like Kitty. The Blades are well crafted and would probably cut anything down that stand in your way!

Here is a closer view of the blades and notice the reflection under the bright sun. That is how smooth and detail the cutting edges are. I do not think it is a wise idea to be whistling now, right?

The Klaive coimes with a few damage levels and has the LR features of soft trigger, hyperdraw etc. It is also easily carried around simply by slinging it on your back. Just do not push Kitty is a rush because the person who would get hurt is going to be you!
