Bare Rose Tsukuyomi Lady

Bare Rose has released Tsukuyomi Lady (as well as Tsukuyomi) a while and it also happens to be one of the featured outfit at 2017 Hatu Haru Kimono Ichi  (2017初春着物市) held at Milky House:

Tsukuyomi (月読) is the Moon God or in this case Goddess in Japanese legends and the first thing you will notice of this outfit is the cloud barriers as well as the Moon hovering ahead. These are very unique accessories that doesn't come with most other outfit, not even Bare Rose.

From the back view you will notice... Kitty has a really black tail... No I mean the outfit! You will see how majestic the godly cape and spines looks like. Can you feel an aura of moonly energy from Kitty?

Up close you can see the beautiful moon necklace as well as huge tiara which nobody could miss.

Kimono Mania at Milky House

Kitty went Kimono shopping again (Why does she need so many Kimonos, nobody will ever know...) and she came upon a rather interesting street of stores selling Japanese goods from fans to katana and of course costume like Kimonos and even statues like Bishamon.

As Kitty could get more information at the moment, she can only assumed it to be part of the new expansion to Milky House or simply a special summer event here. In any case, she found 3 beautiful Kimono on the Lucky Chair at Irodori and she waited and waited until she got all 3 of them here.

The first one Kitty got was the Oiran style Kikka Black. Its named after a type of flower call Chrysanthemum. It is a show stealer anyday.

Irodori's outfit usually comes complete with the hair and headdress and here is Kitty in the nice crown like headdress for this outfit.

The next is a set named Misty, which is a perfect Kimono for dancing. It comes with a lacey blueish Kimono with orange belts.

Again, it also comes with a rather flashy head dress as well as a matching hair for this Kimono.

The last set Kitty got took her quite some time and it is the Pink version of Ichiya Tennyo, loosely translated to be Nightly Sky Fairy. It does looks very dream like and celestial, doesn't it?

Maybe it is because Kitty had camped very long for this, but she love this most among the 3.

There are lots of other freebies like shapes from DrLife as well as accessories too. All very oriental and detailed in texture. Kitty enjoyed her visit very much, although she did not see a lot of other people. Perhaps this is because this is a preview and not yet officially opened? I guess the only way to find out is to ask Sara about it. 

Oh and did Kitty mentioned that there is fireworks at night too!

A Kabuki Show at Milky House

Kitty Had always love Kabuki and only a few night ago, she has an invitation to attend one at Milky House. Although Kitty had always wondered how it would feel to be on stage in beautiful Kimonos performing for everything, she just listen very quietly and enjoy herself on the evening. But she was so engrossed in the performance that she totally forgotten to take photo for the event!

Did you spot where Kitty is sitting? Its not the best seat, but it is one of the better one already consider how full it was when she arrived.

One of her favorite part was the solo about the spider princess.Maybe it was because both cat spirit and spider spirit are kind of non human.

It was a pity this was all that Kitty took, but it was really a great event and you should not miss the next one coming up!

Dance Event at Milky House Part 2

I had a really good time enjoying the dancing and J-Pop at the dance party at Milky House and I just can't help myself snapping away at the wonder effects!

What colorful sparkles. Its so dashing, especially with all our Kimono flying in the winds.

Who could ever hate the classic Heart shape disco light?

I put on my flowers footprints and I wonder if it was unnecessary.

Nothing like a bombardment of Chrysanthemum all around! 

Really. Nothing like it. Its so unique and oriental.

Dropping color balls was one of my favorite from the who dance and it came almost right at the end.

This was the finale that send it to the heights of the event and all of us really enjoy it so much we were kind of sad that it finished.

Dance Event at Milky House Part 1

Recently I attended a dance events at the famous Kimono merchant call Milky House. Expecting it be just another dance at a club, I was hoping to mix around and I dragged Rinka with me. The event turns out to be more than that, with one of the most fantastic visual effects I had seen and a fantastic crowd including the owner of Milky House herself! 

The owner is the one wearing the Red Kimono. Oops Rinka is a cloud! :P

I told you they had mind blowing visual effects!

These effect almost rivals the Wishmaster 2 or Ultima 3 Spell Hub.

Ok, it can get messy at times, but still very stunning.

The music is cool and no ugly avatars spoted... :) KOP Joke.

The effects spreads all over from lights to darkness. It makes me felt as if I had danced for days, but yet I am not tired.

The good mix of mist and light effect is fantastic. If I have a Halloween party, I would love to have this effect for the dance floor!

And did I said flowers! Yes there are so much flowers it really so 80s. Go! Flower Power!

I can only say I had a great time, but guess what? This is only half of it! Stay tune for Part 2.
